We've been going here for 9 years now and we are always satisfied! We recently saw Dr. Garrolini and he was very nice, professional and caring. He took his time to examine our dog Tiki and talked about everything we need to keep an eye on. He went over all issues, pros and cons. We were very pleased. All the doctors here have always been great! I meant to add that the staff is very friendly and caring, as well. We truly appreciate all of you! Thank-you for all you do!

I have so much gratefulness to Dr. Garrolini and the staff at Channel Islands Veterinary Hospital! My furry friend, Prince Taco, had a suspected unfortunate accident with a vehicle that clobbered him almost 3 weeks ago. After rushing Taco to a 24-hour veterinarian, he was then monitored and cared for by CIVH. Long story short, Dr. Garrolini and the staff pulled a miracle and repaired a detached ureter to Taco's ruptured bladder with microsurgery. After Taco's followup visit today, we discovered the urine that had been leaking into his abdomen has ceased, and it appears the Dr. Garrolini and the CIVH staff SAVED HIS LIFE!!! At home typing these words, it's all I can do to keep tears of joy from pouring down my cheeks as I sit with Prince Taco purring on my lap. I've received nothing but stellar care and service from everyone at the hospital, and highly recommended this veterinarian to anyone who is looking for an excellent place to take your pet. I received timely updates every step of the process that were easy to understand, the facility is open during hours that I can easily work into my busy schedule, and their appointment reminder system is super helpful. I'm very grateful for the miracle I received from you all. Thank you again. -- Caleb, and the team at AWS Automotive --

Our 10 1/2 year old yellow lab was having chronic rear leg problems. Our vet thought it was a knee ligament problem and suggested we see a specialist. We tried getting an appointment but no one could see her for weeks. My friend suggested Dr Garrolini and we are so happy we made that call. He knew immediately it wasn't the knee and after testing we were told our sweet girl had osteo sarcoma! Very frightening. The doctor encouraged us that he felt he could help her. Surgery quickly followed with an amputation. Yikes! So overwhelming but our little pooch has been doing great. We were a wreck but she adjusted very quickly. Dr Garrolini and his staff have been amazing. Very caring and supportive and sympathetic to our concerns. We are now going through chemo and our loveable little girl is managing very well. We can't thank Dr G. And his staff enough for saving our girl. Very professional, thorough, and thoughtful care. They are happy for us too. And love hearing stories of Daisy's new adventures as a tripawd.
