Amazing staff. The front desk is helpful and very knowledgeable. Kat is always there for all of us. As far as vaccinations go, Eric is a sure winner. My dog went there and didn’t even have a moan or a whimper with the recent rabies vaccination. He’s incredible. Make sure you get him for any shots.
We had a wonderful experience at this pet hospital. From the moment my brother called, the staff was friendly, professional, and able to get us an appointment very quickly. When we arrived, the clinic was clean, welcoming, and everyone made us feel comfortable.
The veterinarian was very informative, took the time to answer all of our questions, and explained everything clearly. Most importantly, they treated our dog with so much kindness and care. One of my dogs once had a very serious emergency where he collapsed. We had taken him to another veterinary hospital, but they were not able to find the issue clearly. After I brought him to Channel Islands Vet, Dr. Hovan had already diagnosed the situation and prescribed the medication within about three hours. The entire process was fast, efficient, clear, and incredibly professional.
