United Therapy Network Pomona

Friendly staff, with my first week of therapy done for my knee feel comfortable here getting my medical care needed. I recommend this facility. I don’t know how to spell her name but Payton was awesome and knew everything needed for me to work towards strength of my knee along with other muscles around affected area.

i recently fell and landed on my my right elbow. Because I was in pain and I could not straighten my arm, I was referred to an Orthopedic doctor. The doctor said I did not fracture my arm and referred me to United Therapy Network. I was assigned to an occupational therapist in Pomona named Jonathan. Our visits were 1 hour long and I began to see an improvement after the first visit. He was patient and had me do several different types of hand and arm exercises. I highly recommend Jonathan and United Therapy Network. The front office was also very professional.

It would be my second time going to United therapy first time in West Covina second time in Pomona. When you call a place they should answer if it's not their lunch time they should answer if they're busy pick up the phone and say I'll be with you in just a moment but just don't answer the phone it is so beyond unprofessional and inconvenient and rude to the customer to the patient. And although it may not be an emergency a person is in pain and want to be heard so they should answer the phone. Who cares if you leave a message they very rarely respond back. Not a good way to treat a patient.
