Extremely unprofessional on following through with referrals. I had to do their work.!! I just found out when I called my daughters doctors office if they had any updates regarding a referral made back in April and they said it had been approved for almost a month now.!!!. Spoke to the office manager Blare at United Therapy and basically she was being very defensive stating that the doctors office would have been the one updating them regarding the Referal they requested themselves. I called the doctors office and they disagreed stating since they put the request they would have to follow up with the approval in order for them united therapy to notify the patient they...read full review
