“This review is for customer service. My son took his school pictures but forgot to give his order form with the payment to the photographer. Because I'm a day late in paying, I thought I would be subject to the $10 late fee. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled about it but I want photos of my son. The friendly woman who took my call reassured me that I wouldn't be charged the $10. Win!! I only wish: 1. Online orders were available for make up photo days. If this was an option, I would've paid for the package I wanted earlier. 2. Not everyone wants multiple photos in various sizes. It would be nice if there was an option for the That's Me class picture and a digital download link for under $25.“
