So many negative comments on here as if parents were forced to buy them. This company has been around since I was in school and is clearly still around for a reason. They did my school photos and are now doing my daughters. There photos and products are not cheap, but no school portraits are. Who cares who the school hires for photos, if you don’t like them, go have your own taken at a cost that fits your budget. Problem solved. I have yet to receive photos with bad quality or bad shots of my child, and at least once if not twice a year you’re given about 4-5 shots to chose from, not just one as many state in the comments. Extremely unprofessional.
I’m very disappointed with the photo they took of my child at school. They sent us the picture even though my son’s eyes were only half open. If they had simply used a multiple-shot option or checked the photos before sending them, this could have been easily avoided.
Yes they are pricey, but what school pictures aren’t. Unfortunately school pictures are expensive, but I think this company has great customer service. I called them to ask about having multiple kids and they provided me a discount. They also made it possible to receive my other two kids digital download by emailing them my purchase receipt. Overall, I can appreciate their willingness to work with the customer and being super cool about it.
