THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! I called today to try and get copies of my child's elementary school pics. I wasn't in the position to buy them a year and a half ago and I am able to now. They only keep digital copies for 12 months!!! Other companies hold digital prints for years! Adam's photography needs to get with the digital age and possibly UPGRADE their technology.

The one star is ONLY for how they handled the situation. Which was still less than satisfactory. I just received the photos taken of my special needs child, and I’m not sure if this photographer was new, thought encouraging a melt down was funny or simply thought sending a horrific picture to a parent was funny. I really don’t care what their deal is, but you are a PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY!!! You have a completely digital set up, YOU KNOW WHAT THE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE AFTER YOU TAKE IT!!!! This is the second year that it has taken MONTHS to get my child's photos. They tried using covid as an excuse in the past, but that is not the case. They take on a bunch of school gigs and then are behind on printing them out because they are literally located in a tiny suite with one printing machine (I've been in there). My other child's school used a different company and we got the pictures within a week of ordering them, but this company takes months to get them. We literally live down the street from them and they will not allow you to pick up the photos from them. When my kids were in the same school, I had to pay two shipping fees, I literally paid $20 for shipping!!!...read full review
