The staff were kind, caring, understanding, and professional. My dog needed emergency surgery that was expensive but thousands less than some other vets charge. The icing on the cake was that my dog wasn't nervous or shaking while we were there, and the waiting room was calm, quiet, clean, and almost empty every time I went.
