trainer Ashley definitely gets you to sweat and work you out! My range of motion has gotten better and I have been getting stronger ! Great staff , clean, and the people are nice. and they got ghost energy drink if you need a pre workout drink. 10/10
During my trip from Utah, I needed a 2 week pass. Although they didnt offer weekly passes, they kindly arranged a reasonable fee to accommodate me. The gym was compact, but fully equipped for an effective workout experience. Definitely recommend
If you’re looking for a trainer who will help you meet your strength, mobility and lifestyle goals Dani is definitely the person you need to book an appt with. I started training with Dani March 2022 and made so much progress along the way. She’s the deadlifting queen so def hit her up for that. I’ve grown to be stronger physically and mentally along with being more comfortable in a gym setting. Lions den has a nice environment and it’s easy to get your workout in. Everyone is kind and will help you if you need it! I will keep coming here for as long as I can!!
