Love Vicky - she’s the best!
Didn’t clean my nails until I asked, minimal care on nails and feet for so called spa pedicure. No lotion or oil on my hands, two rubs on my legs with oil. First time I’ve ever been disappointed in a mani pedi.
the employees need to clarify with the customer about what kind of nails they want, about what kind of color/powder they want, and they need to be cautious about using a nail file because I was cut when she was filing my nails. I asked 2 different times to confirm that the color I wanted was actually a powder and not just a nail polish, and she told me yes and then after she had already started the solar part of my nail and it had dried, that's when she says it's a color, not a powder, but it was too late to fix it. my nails are crooked, they are not even, and I have multiple cuts on my fingers by my nail bed thanks to her carelessness
