This place should be sued for malpractice! I am on anti-depressants and received a call from my pharmacy that the physician who prescribed them was not returning their calls to authorize a refill. So I called to find out why the call was not being returned. I was told that they want me to see a behavioral health specialist to give me more meds. I advised them I just had major back surgery & was on mandatory bedrest for the time being. I just needed 1 more refill to get me through my bedrest & promised I would see Behavioral Health as soon as I was back on my feet. Carol at the front desk is simply the best! Every time I walk in, she greets me with such excitement and a contagious smile. Her upbeat mood never fails to brighten my day. She's incredibly attentive, quickly taking care of any needs I have, along with the needs of all the other patients. It's rare to meet someone as dedicated and joyful in their job as Carol. She truly makes every visit a delightful experience!
