Thank you so much to Robert L. in the Technical Assistance department of Cal Spas! Last week I finally got time to prep my spa for the summer and one of the jets wasn't working properly. We bought our 6 years ago so it's out of warranty but Robert was able to guide me through some steps to clear the airlock and it worked!!! We are so thankful. Especially these days of off-shore customer service and impossible to get through phone systems it was reassuring to be able to talk to a tech person right away. I'm not kidding. It took less than a minute to get a tech person on the phone! We are proud owners of a 2020 Cal Spa SERIAL 201-018022.
Superior service! The delivery was on time as promised. They were very friendly and understandable. They made the job easy and quick. They delivered the spa into my backyard with no problems. They installed and the crew went over the specifications of the product (PZ620B), I was very satisfied. The buying experience was easy and they explained everything very well. Unfortunately we learned after the fact that we lived outside their delivery zone for their crane operator and had to find our own. However, the delivery went well. We are filling it up now.
