I received a gift certificate for Shelly's services for Christmas and was finally able to use it recently. I don't get my nails done very often, and sadly when I do I usually end up disappointed by either the service I received or the results of a nail tech rushing through the job, both if I'm really lucky. I wasn't sure what to expect before my appointment but felt a bit better after reading through her other positive reviews. I've only gone to nail shops with multiple chairs that are always busy and full of all sorts of interesting characters, so it was actually a bit of a shock to walk into Shelly's shop and see just one nail tech, one chair and one table.
