They arrived on time with two service trucks and a three-person crew. Evan, Jay, and Louis were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. We went over the city notice, they asked helpful questions, answered everything clearly, and spent about half an hour troubleshooting the water line and checking the meter. After their inspection, they explained that based on the meter readings and my water bill, they did not find an active leak. They even offered to provide a letter for the city confirming their findings if needed. That gave me a lot of peace of mind and showed they really care about helping customers, not just selling a repair. What impressed me most was their honesty. They gave me their time, experience, and careful plumbing diagnosis, and they did not charge me. i have had a maintenance plan on my newer tankless water heater since it was installed. He replied to my after-hours text right away, came out early the next morning, and helped coordinate the job so i could switch from the old gas unit to an electric water heater with the needed wiring.
