I'm very satisfied with the entire process of getting a new water heater through Water Heaters Only. From the initial phone call, to the onsite quote, and through installation everything was professional, smooth and timely. A lot of the credit goes to our technician, Lucas, who handled everything from the initial quote through the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WHO and Lucas to any friends or family in need of a new water heater.
When our water heater broke on 7/9. I was so glad someone answered the phone right away and send a technician the same day. Lucas was out technician and he patiently explained our options. He quickly replaced our tank and explained how the pilot light works. So appreciate the professional service.
Water Heaters only and the technician Lucas did a wonderful job. They were prompt arriving to provide an estimate, were able to schedule a replacement water heater to meet my schedule, and completed the replacement quickly and without any issues. All at a fair price. I would strongly urge you to consider Water Heaters Only and maybe think about asking for Lucas :)
