After returning from vacation abroad, the first thing I tried was to activate the hot water tank, but it failed. I then found water under the bottom of tank and also wet garage floor, so I asked the Water Heaters Only, Inc. to send the technician for under the warranty check up, they quickly respond and send Alex B within 3 hours, Alex B has over 20 years of experience in the water heater business. Within minutes, he found leaking pipes, quickly replaced them with new ones, thoroughly checked all other parts, and patiently and skillfully answered my questions. Lucas had provided us options to replace our water heater. He provided very detailed inputs on choices including Heat Pumps and Tankless types. We decided to go with just a standard replacement and WHO was willing to work with us using the same brand we were replacing. Lucas came out to install the WH and did a fantastic job updating several items to the latest codes and adapting my circulating hot water system to the new tank. The finished install met all my criteria (tough since I'm an engineer) and we're very happy with Lucas and Water Heaters Only. Definitely recommend them!
