Excellent service! Though I have been wearing glasses for decades I never used Walmart until recently. I am very impressed with the quality care and attention to detail by the Vision Care Manager Mr. Wagih Attia. He is knowledgeable, very courteous and very helpful. Great Service! Keep it up
I am new in town and my glasses broke and I didn't know which way to turn. I stopped at Walmart in Pleasanton and spoke to the Manager, Wagih Attia. Mr Attia was warm and welcoming and fixed my problem. I will be going back there when it is timefor my eye exam.
I visited the Walmart Vision Center in Pleasanton to replace my mother’s glasses, which had broken shortly after she arrived from overseas. We were fortunate to be assisted by the manager, Wagih A., who provided truly outstanding service.
From the moment we walked in, Wagih was incredibly helpful and attentive. He guided us to frame options that fit our budget and took the time to patiently explain all the lens choices—from the most affordable to the premium options. What stood out most was his transparency and empathy. He understood that the entire cost would be out-of-pocket for us and never pressured us into choosing the most expensive options.
