Went last week for the first time. Great service, quality, and ambiance but I will not be returning. I had to wait for an hour after my appointment time. Everyone was very apologetic, but it would have been nice to be comped? Even 10% off the service would have gone a long way. I came in for a full highlight and it was my first time dying my hair. During the consultation, I let the stylist know this, and she listened to me, patiently explained everything but we never discussed price. A full highlight is listed at $165-205+. I'm expecting maybe $250 max so imagine my surprise when I go to pay and it's $375 without tip. Maybe my fault for assuming but a heads up or ballpark price would have been nice. I was charged for a root shadow and didn't even realize I'd asked for one. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.
Very pleased... The Vibe when you walked in and were greeted with friendly faces was Amazing, Macy was recommended to me by a dear friend and I couldn't be Happier. I had some struggles at other places, but coming into Vivace felt like I had found my place. Macy not only listened to what I was looking for, she also suggested perfect solutions in Achieving 100% of my desired inspiration. Perfection indeed~ One Happy Client here. She knows her "Blonde" Techniques to a T Spot on. Worth my 40miles round trip from Pleasant Hill. Thank you Macy~ Will see you again soon.
As someone who's never been into a salon and due to religious purposes hasn't had my hair cut ever, I'm so happy to have found Frania! Frania talked with me over the phone first and understood what I was looking for and also reiterated it while I sat in the chair. She made me feel so comfortable and even though I felt awkward never having stepped into a salon before, she kept the positivity going and I've never felt more comfortable with someone taking care of my hair. I wanted simple waves and a wash and everything was done super professionally :) I'm definitely coming back again and Frania is the absolute sweetest and kindest soul!! Ngl, I saw some of the reviews from before about it being a stuck up type place but I had the exact opposite experience. The place itself was really cozy! I was offered a beverage by one of the other stylists when I got in and Frania took care of me right away. My boyfriend sat in a nice, comfy chair and even took a nice snooze while I got my hair done :)
