I’ve always resorted to waxing and I decided I no longer wanted to invest in something that’s temporary when I could receive permanent results. I know removing unwanted hair is never a pleasant experience but Jessica made it such a breeze! I am always surprised when the session is over because she makes time go by so fast! She has such a friendly and welcoming personality. You will feel at ease when you are receiving electrolysis sessions from her. Moreover, her place is extremely clean and so organized! What a gem in Pleasanton. If you’re looking for electrolysis you’ve found Jessica. This review is so overdue. She is skilled, the treatment doesn’t hurt, and hair is getting thinner or not even growing back as fast as before. She also uses a lotion after the session that never let my face get bumpy nor irritated. I love that! She knows her stuff. For facial hair I highly recommend Electrolysis with Jessica.

Jessica is very nice and skilled. This is a nice office in a nice walkable part of town, she has good equipment and knows her stuff. Faster and less painful than the other electrologists I've gone to, but I know she's using a good current because the hair growth is slowing down. I like that it's easy to just book appointments online, sometimes other people only take them over the phone and it's hard to reach them. She's shares the space with with Olympus Electrolysis which is nice because you can go to either of them if you have a schedule conflict.
