This is the worst hospital to go to they do not treat you good they don’t care about your health. It’s all about a paycheck with them..

    NEVER GO HERE.

The staff continuously chats and gossips while you are in pain. They make patients feel incredibly uncomfortable by smirking and laughing during moments of severe suffering. Furthermore, they provided an incorrect and delayed diagnosis; despite knowing the patient's bladder was full and blocked, they failed to address the urgent issue immediately. We felt completely dismissed, as if we were being kicked out.

The next day, we drove to the San Ramon Regional Medical Center Emergency Room, which was a night-and-day experience. They ensured the patient was treated within minutes and thoroughly addressed all of our questions and concerns.

You will be billed by 2 hospital and whats worst is Pleasanton Emergency group (the one stanford partner with ) uploaded the bill and also charge me the same bill twice. I was only seen for 15 minutes in total, and got 2 bills , 1 for 15 minutes from stanford, another for 45 minutes from Pleasanton Emergency medical group. Be careful,.it is very shady and I was not informed in the beginning . They also upcode the visit and saying i had a surgery there while actually it was only doctor came talking to me. Shady shady , be careful.
