I always receive timely and great service from SC office staff and the Specialists, in the field. Especially today... I just had a semi-annual MVP tune-up and Technician Murphy C. is great.
Jovon was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and discovered that a potential problem with the original installation of the HVAC.
He has recommended a method to monitor that and will return after three weeks for an update and any next steps.
The technician was very thorough. He explained how the air conditioner worked and pointed out the problems with my 17 year old air conditioner. It was leaking freon and put out very little cold air. It required repairs or I needed to buy a new one. He also discussed the low insulation in my attic and how that leads to a hotter house in the sumner. I appreciated all the information and his thoughtful explanations.
