Amazing customer service, and just an overall great company. I needed the main input value into our home replaced as we were getting shallow water pressure. Steve is very knowledgeable and fixed our problem, and now we have great water pressure. thank you!
Top service!!! About 1 pm our ancient water heater broke. At about 3 pm after doing some research I called Rivers. By 10 am the next morning Steve Rivers was at our door despite the rain with a new water heater to install. Plus he updated the gas valve. Thanks to Steve Rivers we were without hot water for less than 24 hours. He is caring, honest, experienced and knowledgeable. We will be calling him again for future plumbing issues.
Our water heater started leaking, called Rivers Plumbing right away.They had a cancellation that day, Steve and his helper picked up a new one and installed it that same day. It was a clean and fast install, Steve explained everything to us when he was done. Very happy we called Rivers Plumbing.A job well done.
