The A/C picked the worst time to decide not to participate during last week's heat wave. Called Richard's and got an appointment for the next morning, but I had to cancel. Kaylan was understanding, and we rebooked the appointment without urgency because the heat wave broke. Olim was the technician and has a 5.0/5 rating, and I have to agree with his rating. He immediately identified the issue, fixed it, checked the compressor, and went on his way to hopefully earn another 5 rating at his next appointment. This was the first time we have used Richard's and would highly recommend!
