Highly Recommend Leah at Renew and Restore Wellness for Post-Op Healing
After undergoing surgical procedures recently , my surgeon recommended regular Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massages to help support my recovery. I initially tried a few places in the Tri-Valley area, but none of them had the credentials or expertise I was looking for. Spine Scan!!! Yes and yes again!
Sometimes your body needs a little something extra. Tried the 20 min spine scan and what a treat! Differently felt a different but so want an hour! Now to decide between an hour lymphatic with one of the many amazing staff or a spine scan next appointment. Thank you ?? Renew + Restore for holding space for me last week
Leah has been helping my Mother with her Lymphedema and is dong an amazing job. She is very kind and helpful. My Mom comes back relaxed and feels better after every session . I highly recommend Leah for Lymphedema massage.
