“I was looking for a way to fix back pain and destress and found springtown. I booked a last minute massage on a Sunday night and luckily there was an opening. My masseuse was Monica and she was wonderful. Perfect pressure throughout and frequently checked in. She was also very warm and kind when receiving me! Definitely recommend this place and will be back :)

“Great experience! I've gone three times for their combo massage, and I love that you get both reflexology in the big comfy chair and a Swedish massage. The prices seem very reasonable, and they usually have enough masseuses on staff that you can book a same-day appointment. Each person I've seen had their strengths: -The first masseuse was great at reflexology. She started with my scalp, then moved to my neck, shoulders, calves, and feet. The massage part was okay. -The second time, she focused mainly on my scalp, calves, and feet but gave a fantastic massage with some stretching. -The third time was with a male masseuse who was just okay overall. I think he might have been sick because I heard a loud sneeze in the back, and he was sniffling. He also forgot to put the warm eye mask on me during the reflexology portion, unlike the other two. I won't mention his name since it could have been a one-off situation. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I'm definitely planning to come back monthly--if not every other week!“

“Blackhawk Jade Spa is gem! I drive from Oakland every 6 weeks to get a massage from Mr. Gao - he is amazing and senses what my body needs every time. This past Sunday he did some much needed gentle, but deep work on my shoulders and neck and I am SO grateful. “I came in today for the 30-minute back and neck relief massage due to ongoing tightness and knots in my upper back and neck. Cindy was my masseuse and she was amazing! At the beginning of the massage, Cindy asked me what level of pressure I would like and even though I requested "firm", she continued to check with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure wasn't too intense or painful, which I really appreciated. Cindy was very thorough and has incredibly strong hands. She managed to find and target not only the obvious knots in my neck and back, but also the more hidden knots and problem areas I didn't realize I had. I left feeling rejuvenated and less stiff/tight than when I got there. I will definitely be back!“

The facial massage was not so good (perhaps it is a different set of skills), so next time I will ask to skip it. The rooms are clean and neat, and sound isolation is only ok.
