My 2014 MacBook Pro was stuck yesterday after I used Core Patcher to load Monterey and then Sonoma. Shouldn't have done that. I could not bring up the desktop and felt alone :( I called Pleasanton Computer Repair and brought the machine in. They restored the desktop for only the diagnostic fee! I picked it up today and am attached to it again:) Very pleasant customer service!!

Very thorough analysis and fair pricing of my daughter's MacBook Pro. Though I opted to replace the computer opposed to repair, I felt better about the decision. Definitely will be back if another need arises.
