I brought my 90 year old mom-in-law for an exam with Dr. Miller. She's had BBPV vertigo for the last 4 years and her current tri-focals made her dizziness worse. Dr. Miller took a lot of time with her, answering, explaining. Her current lenses were not powerful enough in one eye. He made no promises a new prescription would "fix" the dizziness, but a correct prescription would make an overall improvement. When she tried on the new glasses at Dr. Miller's office, initially she felt her vision was worse. The patient technician explained there's an adjustment period. She said return in a week if you can't adjust and you'll see Dr. Miller again. Later that same day she could see the improvement and by day 2 her dizziness was gone. This is the first time in years she can wear her glasses all day without having a dizzy spell. I'm so appreciative of Dr Miller & staff, their patience and persistence has made a difference.
