This place is a mess. I was a first time customer and when making my appointment I specifically stated I wanted a deep tissue massage and had had trouble finding someone through the online booking system. The receptionist recommended someone and set an appointment for me. When I showed up for the appointment my masseuse was running almost 15mins late, which I didn't mind, but when we got in and started and I began talking she informed me she did not perform deep tissue massages... what? The massage was still pleasant and the facilities clean and aesthetically pleasing, that's why I'm giving at least a couple stars. However, I didn't get the massage... read full review
