My house in Livermore needed some repainting. David asked me what I was interested in doing to the house exterior. I told him all my requests and he gave me some suggestions and we set up a plan. David is a very smart and friendly guy who knows his craft. I asked about needed dry rot wood repairs and he said they can do those as well. David had a lot of great suggestions that saved me some money and improved the look of the house as well. Their estimate was very reasonable, and timely also. I wanted to get it painted before the rains came and they were able to do that too. I had Legacy Painting come out and paint my entire house in San Ramon. Dave, the owner, came out and provided a very fair estimate. It was a pretty big job in that the house hasn't been painted for over 15 years, and it showed as most of the trim boards around the windows were in bad shape and had to be replaced.
I found Dave to be friendly, reliable, and honest; he'll tell me which trim boards need to be replaced (and why) and also which boards can be patched up; and so I don't have to spend money unnecessarily. Dave is easy to work with; he shows up when he says he will and listens to any concerns I have.
