I moved to La Jolla in September 2025, and from the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Lourdes, the barn manager/owner, was incredibly kind, accommodating, and thorough in answering all of my questions, which made the transition feel seamless. Moving my horse over was easy, and he settled in right away.
Since joining La Jolla, my horse and I have truly been thriving in a friendly, welcoming, and professional environment. I recently moved my mare to La Jolla Equestrian Center and couldn’t be happier. Even though I haven’t been here long, I already have so many positive things to say.

The owner is incredibly communicative and sends weekly updates about ring schedules, maintenance around the property, and even nearby activities like firefighting trainings across the street so everyone can plan accordingly. The facility is clean, well maintained, and very horse-friendly. The footing is great, the turnouts are large, and I love the trail that runs around the perimeter of the property.

I've been a boarder here for over two years, and it's a wonderful facility. The horses always come first! My fellow boarders are friendly and supportive, the arenas are always groomed and ready first thing in the morning, the staff are incredibly hard-working and kind, and the owner Lourdes is absolutely terrific. My horses and I are so happy here!
