Thank you Sabino! We have had him replace parts on the AC this past summer, and the heater a week ago. JJ ordered the parts needed and once they came in, Sabino had them installed in a couple of hours.
Dominic explained the issue we were having with the circuit board getting power to the heating system. He made the repair quickly. Dominic also went to the extra effort of calling the system manufacturer to confirm the date the system was created as there was a discrepancy.
We had a power failure. When the power came back on our heat pump system was not working. I called JJ Heating and Air Conditioning and Alan responded very quickly by coming to our house and getting our system working. He carefully explained the built-in safety elements to our system and showed us how easy it is to get the system working again so that we could quite easily do it ourselves the next time we had a power outage. Alan, like all of the other JJ employees, was professional and took great care to explain how our system worked and why it took a couple os easy steps to get it running again.
