All products sold here are verified authentic. We have sold over hundreds of labubus and had no issue ever, as we guarantee that everything is authentic. She had bought real labubus from us months ago and tried to come back today for a return. When she came in, it was obvious that the it had been swapped out with three fake ones. She brought in three fake labubus from elsewhere to try to get a refund for us. Pictures for reference will be included (the boxes we sell compared to the boxes she tried to return).“
