Generally speaking the haircuts are pretty good. I am 70 plus years old and have a simple cut. I would say one of the stylists in there needs to slow down and take her time and check her work so I don’t have to go home and fix hairs sticking up and such. What is hurry?
I went in during lunch break. I used online check in. I got in right away, young lady cut my me hair top trim with fade, I like my fade to start high, originally she started in middle of my sides I requested higher, no issues. Walked out happy with my cut. Will be back!
The hairstylists keeps changing and there's no guarantee on the quality of the cut you get. My teenage son went in for a haircut and I got suspicious when I noticed that the lady cutting his hair was constantly being guided by the other lady there. I asked the other lady if they were following the notes because he has long hair on top with short sides and it wasn't looking like it usually does, and she said "yes. we're doing what is noted" Ha! it was a completely different haircut. Looked more like a 10 dollar discount cut than the 25 it cost me. How do you complain about such shoddy work you tell me? There is no complaint option online! ...and why are they putting noobies out to cut hair at this price? So disappointed. My teen is super upset. Won't be coming here again. Update: I had called the shop to complain and ask for a refund. The manager promptly called back and offered to 'fix' the problem for me by personally re-doing the haircut and giving me a coupon for the trouble, but my kid is too upset to go back. I appreciate her immediate response but I don't think any effort can fix this mess.
