Although the front desk made an error with scheduling my appointment, Neyah went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The results were flawless, and her attention to detail was top-notch. I left feeling super smooth and happy. I Highly recommend Neyah for anyone looking for a great waxing experience with outstanding service! 5 stars for my waxing experience. 1 star for the front desk messing up my appointment not once but twice.

It is not as painful as everyone thought from videos. Karah is also very friendly. Just there are still some hair afterwards but overall, place is clean, sanitized and efficient
