I had an excellent experience at this body shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The shop itself is clean, organized, and gives you confidence that your vehicle is in good hands.

Overall, happy with the results, service, and lifetime work guarantee. The quality and cleanliness was great. I saw a comment earlier on responsiveness. No one’s perfect and there were times I had to follow up on some items to keep things moving at a quick pace so I could get my car back. Stacy and Angel worked with me to get the job done, keep me informed on parts, and being professional. And call out to them and Luis from the shop who helped remove some tar build up that wasn’t even part of the fix as well as a Tesla part he gave me that was hard to find, thanks Luis for your awesome service!
I took my car to Chilton after being rear-ended in an accident. A few days later, I picked it up, and I was impressed by the results—the car was thoroughly washed, and the paint on the replaced rear bumper matched perfectly. The front desk staff were all friendly, and I especially want to thank Staccy for consistently following up during my car repair.
