My experience with Cal Coast rep was good. Rita is confident, clear, responsive, helpful, and broke information down in a way that I could parse. She may be a bit sharp for most people but I appreciated her directness. It felt honest.
I didn't end up working with her due to a miscommunication. Rita believed we had locked our agreement to work together while I was shopping around trying to secure the best rates. Jared helped us close on our first home and hopefully first of many! He's extremely responsive and worked so well with our relator. Jared made sure to lock us in to the best rate possible (given the market conditions). Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the markets/rates, he helped us close in 14 days! He made sure to get every single document and piece of information submitted as quickly as possible. I truly feel that Jared made this nerve wrecking process easier for us.
