Update from 3 to 4 stars May 2026-
Garrett goes out of his way to know members. The front desk younger are friendlier and I see managers on floor more often.
Upstairs tv area still dead, no evening bar service, which is a shame because it helped with getting to know others and convincing friends to join, and to watch a game or just relax.
The class instructors and updates to pool areas make it worth returning. Hopefully the summer will include hours for outdoor snack bar.

Cleaning guy with long nose at started kicking everyone out in the steam room at 7:20 pm by opening the door….. in fact, club is officially closed at 7:30 pm on Saturday. (Photo taken after I grabbed my phone from locker.)
Immediately talked to the front desk about this terrible customer experience, surprisingly, the person I talked to was the senior experience director. Hopefully she will bring this up to their weekly meetings.
Would been given 1 star for the situation but her attitude was great.
Decided to check out Bay Club Pleasanton after hearing positive things, and overall it was a very good experience. The facility offers a wide range of amenities, and it's easy to see why so many people enjoy being members. Everything was clean, well maintained, and there were plenty of options for staying active, whether you prefer strength training, cardio, group classes, or recreational activities.
One thing I appreciated was the atmosphere. The club feels welcoming and has a good balance of people focused on fitness, families, and those simply looking to stay healthy. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had questions.
