AMTS Tax Services is not reliable and they do not respond to email requests for updated information on preparing a tax return. I forwarded my tax return to AMTS Tax Services on March 7 2022. I inquired about the status of my tax return multiple times with one reply that indicated I would have a response soon regarding my inquiry about making estimated tax payments. I called the office and was advised they were very busy but they were working on my return. As of May 16 2022 I still have not received my 2022 tax return.

I do not recommend the use of ATMS tax services. Bob is NOT responsive to email messages and makes commitments to prepare and return a tax return and he does not fulfill his commitment. I sent ATMS my paperwork to prepare my federal and state tax return on March 6, 2022 and have confirmation the email was received. I contacted Bob and ATMS tax services at least 3 time from March 6 thru April 28, 2022 regarding the tax return. I was advised the first week in May 2022 via a telephone call that Bob was very busy and he was working on the return. Bob is very experienced and knowledgeable. His rates are reasonable too. He helped us with filing our returns and ITIN renewal applications. It was good working with him.
