The staff was very kind & professional, office was clean (including their restroom). The doctor is very knowledgeable, warm, professional & went above & beyond (as did the staff) to accommodate my rushed situation. I'll definitely be back & will recommend!

If my family members or friends need glasses, I will certainly recommend this shop.

Kaye you are SO appreciated!!! She deserves a huge pay bump for this customer service. I am one of those women who stay in their comfort zone, and I have had my same pair of glasses for 3 years... I've had a hard time trying to find another pair to replace them. I explained my issue to Kaye, and she went above and beyond to track down my discontinued pair all the way from Texas! You have made me one externally happy customer. Thank you Kaye your efforts do not go unnoticed!
