HOA hired All Pro Gutter Services for our yearly gutter cleaning. My 43 year old Downspout was leaking, rusty, and served its purpose. They replaced with a brand new one. Very professional, very customer focused, very responsive, and friendly. I definitely recommend All Pro Services.

All Pro Services, 5757 Sonoma Drive, Pleasanton, CA., was recommended to me by a friend. I then decided to hire them to do a fairly big job in my house. The job consisted of two (2) specific tasks; and was scheduled to take approximately 5 days.Task # 1 consisted of the following activities: 1a.} Replace all the gutters in our house and paint the newly installed gutters 1b.} Replace some defective facial boards in one section of the house with new fascia boards and paint the newly installed boardsIt was mutually agreed that the task of Job # 1 would be done for a flat priced{{The gutter job was just OK}}, even though the company forgot to paint one long gutter just installed; and their excuse for not painting the gutter was: they ran out of paints so therefore that one gutter was left unpainted! Job # 2 consisted which consisted of the following tasks: 2a.} To put back and re-secure 4 roof tiles that were displaced from their initial location due to normal wear & tear and were loosely sitting on the roof,2b.} also, 2 additional tiles were found to be loosed and needed to be tightened back in place. The activities for Task # 2 were mutually agreed upon to be done on a Term and Material basis (T&M basis) with a T&M cost of $75 per hour to take care of the 4 displaced tiles and secure the additional 2 loose tiles. The so-called supervisor that was responsible for the job came to my house on the first day of the job, was there for about 1 hours, left and I never saw him again until I was billed by All Pro Services 6 days after "Completion" of the jobs. 2 workers were left to perform the jobs. While the workers were working on the facial boards, I noticed that they were simply repainting some of my rotten and defective facial boards instead of replacing them. I then called the office and spoke with the project supervisor to share my concerns that some of the facial boards were simply being painted over but not replaced. I never heard back from that person. Finally I gave up and let the 2 men that were installing the gutters and the fascia boards to finish their jobs even though I was NOT happy with the way the 2 workers were taking care of the boards. To my great surprise, 1 week after the workers left my house with the 1 unpainted gutter and not even 1 word from All Pro Services regarding the status of the job that was done, I received a bill from All Pro Services charging me $1200 for the T&M part of the job, namely taking care of the 4 tiles that were supposedly fixed and the other 2 loose tiles. Their reasoning for the $1200 charge was $75 per hour for 2 men for 8 hours of work for each person. I was there all the time when the jobs were being done and I told All Pro services that it only ONE (1) person to take care of the tiles and that person took LESS than ONE (1) hour to do the tasks in question. I Therefore ask then WHY am I being charged $1200 for a task that should cost me no more than $300 ($75 x 2 plus $ 150 for materials). I ended up paying them $400. Anyway to make a long story short, I only paid them $400 for the tiles. One last major item that I would like to share with all of you on Yelp, because of all the concerns that came out of the jobs, I contacted my roofer and asked him to do a full inspection of the roof and to check on the tiles more specifically. Sure enough, NONE OF THE TILES WERE TAKING CARE OF. ALL 6 TILES WERE SIMPLY PUT BACK ON MY ROOF, just sitting loosely on the roof. NONE OF THE TILES WERE SECURED PUT BACK NOR WERE THEY PROPERLY SECURED IN MY ROOF AS THEY SHOULD. I had to pay my roofer another $300 to do the job that All Pro Services was already paid ($400) to supposedly do for me. I would NOT recommend All Pro Services to anyone. Thank you
