This is my first Yelp post.Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with Aila. Obviously it's been very difficult with Covid. When the shops finally opened, I wanted to text her and reserve an appointment. After multiple text messages and calling the number listed on her Instagram. There were no responses.I'm sure you will all agree that Covid has hurt the beauty industry and one would think that a customer call would be appreciated and responded.Also, she prides herself that she has positive energy. I found her quite the opposite.

I was referred to Aila by a friend and I highly recommend their products and services. They also have amazing customer service and have always felt comfortable coming here.
