I had the best experience at Urban Hair Salon! I went in for a Korean root perm, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair has so much volume now at the roots, but it still looks completely natural and soft—exactly the effortless Korean style I was hoping for.
The stylist was so kind and professional. They explained everything clearly, recommended the right treatment for my hair type, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The salon itself is super clean, modern, and relaxing. I also loved the scalp massage during the wash—it was such a nice touch!

I recently went in for a haircut and was really satisfied with the experience. Even though I wasn’t great at explaining the style I wanted, the stylist totally understood and nailed it. It’s so much easier to manage now, and the atmosphere was super comfortable the whole time. Definitely planning to come back next time. Thank you!
Hilary is amazing!First, she was very responsive to my texts about appointments and the location of her salon. I was 15 minutes early but she still attended to me and was very welcoming and hospitable. This is my first time with her, but she was very comfortable talking to and honest. It was mostly a consultation about my hair and what she thought would be the best course. She was sincere and receptive to what I wanted. She did an amazing job fixing my damaged hair and prepared it for future visits to get my desired hairstyle. I will definitely become a regular and continue to see her!Service: Haircut
