Hired them to do some tax work, never completed the job. Called several times and was promised the job would be completed in a couple of days, never was. No follow up email or call. Even made a personal visit and was promised the job would be done the next day. That was a month ago. Still not complete, no call, no emails Worst service ever, do they treat all their clients like this?

I have been getting my taxes prepared by Porter & Yee for the past 10 years. The service has gone completely down hill and highly over priced. I paid over $700 to get my taxes prepared this year. It also took over 1 month to complete my taxes for the second year in a row. After several inquiry calls. The customer service is horrible. When you call about your taxes you will be told your taxes is in the Q and call back next week. Porter & Yee continues to uses the pandemic to not allow paying clients to submit documents in person nor are you available to meet with the CPA in person.
