We’ve had a really great experience with Pleasant Hill Orthodontics.
This is our second time coming here. We’ve been monitoring our kids, and now we’re moving forward with a treatment plan.
What I really like is the team. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and you can feel they actually care. The doctors explain things in a simple, clear way, step by step. It makes a big difference because you understand not just what needs to be done, but also why they suggest a certain approach for your child.
I also appreciate their honesty. They will tell you when it’s okay to wait and not rush, and when it’s better not to delay treatment.
Another thing I noticed is how organized and efficient everything is. We’ve been to a few other clinics, and here the waiting time is noticeably shorter, both for appointments and for things like expanders or braces.
What stood out the most for me is that there is no pressure. Nobody is trying to sell you anything. They explain your options, and you decide what works best for your family.
Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience so far, and I hope it stays this way. I would definitely recommend at least coming in for a consultation. You can really feel the difference in how they work with you.

My son loves this place! Great customer service. The treatment plan is layed out months ahead so you aee aware, and can plan financially for it. We were never rushed or pushed in to treatment. They really took care to find out where improvement areas were for my son. My son also loved the puzzles in the consulting room while you wait. Thanks PH Orthodontics.
