Fluent in Spanish and English! Mr. Ugarte is a gem of a lawyer. Deeply honest, incredibly helpful. He was generous in sharing advice. Attentive, timely, responsive. I can't tell you how much I value his inputs on my case!
Mr. Ugarte helped me with my SSI. He is a great guy, easy to talk to. Took care of everything in a timely manner and the best part is he would return my phone calls and text messages to keep me informed. I feel I was lucky to find him and would highly recommend him.
I can't imagine having a better experience than I have had with Raymond. As someone in my early 20s with various mental health disorders, I was turned away by multiple attorneys saying that I had no chance.
