I had an amazing experience! I’d go as far as saying it was a cosmic encounter. I’m traveling from South Carolina and was in desperate need of a haircut! I googled hair salons this one has great reviews and Leticia’s name kept coming up. So I called she answered and scheduled my appointment for the next day with her. The salon is clean and I was the only client there at the time. Leticia has such a gentle touch. I have curly hair and she handled it with so much care and her knowledge really came through! She is a natural and is super sweet. We had a lovely time together and my hair looks amazing! I got a wash, cut, and blow dry for a reasonable price. I would come to Cali again just to see her 🥰

I had an amazing experience at Innovation Hair Salon! Leticia is very friendly and truly cares about her clients. She pays close attention to every detail, especially with the color and cut. She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back

I am a retired gentalman who has been seeing Lety before Covid. Boy did I miss getting my flattop haircut during that shutdown. She gives me the best flattop haircut, better than when I was in Tennessee. Recently I've been getting a lot complements from women, young and old, and men on my haircuts. So much that I went back with a Sees gift card in appreciation for her talant.

Stay away from this salon. I got 2 haircuts from Sandra, one of the owners. She seems to do what she wants not what one wants in a haircut. The first cut was a bit creative--too short on the back too long on the front. She gave me a full explanation as to why the hair was like that and warned me that that's how hair acts (foolish already). I went back to have her fix it a month later after I got tired of not being able to work on my hair. I told her what I wanted and even showed her a picture which she didn't seem to care about. She seemed distracted and tired as if she hadn't slept well. I ask for a lob with blunt layers. She took the scissors and razored my hair in a careless manner. Next, she decided not to do the same thing on the other side. My hair is wavy and with a good cut it doesn't need any work. I went home and thought that I couldn't fix my hair due to the shampoo or because I wasn't using conditioner. A week passed, around Christmas day and my hair looked as if an angry and crazy person had cut it. It looked awful and sad. I called the salon and got a hold of Sandra. I told her the situation. The first thing she said was, "I didn't cut your hair yesterday, did I?" In other words she denied any responsibility for her wrong work. I asked her to refund what I paid her so that I'd have someone else to fix it. She started giving me a long explanation. In other words, justifying her bad haircut and even blaming me. What a horrible experience I have had with Sandra. I wonder where the 5 stars come from for this salon. Perhaps the other owner, Letty. I had my hair fixed today by another lady who was appalled as well with my cut at Innovation hair salon.
