Higher Ground Chiropractic completely changed my life! I am A mom of three young children, a server and had started running to get in shape. I had a second flare up of planters fasciitis. It was an extreme case, in both feet. I worked with the podiatrist for five months doing everything he suggested. (Night splints, braces, exercise, Cortizone shots, bed rest, medical boots) Nothing was working. The next step we were discussing was surgery. I had been to a chiropractor many times in my life and while my former chiropractor tried his best to help my feet, it was not working either. Then I was recommended to higher ground and was told James, had specialized training that could help me. And boy were they right! After 4 treatments my extreme pain was gone and was able to walk again. After 10 treatments I was cured enough to begin working again and regaining my normal life again. While the treatment might not have always felt wonderful for the couple minutes it was being administered, it works and is totally worth it!!!! James He gave me exercises and shoe recommendations. He listens and cares. Now I suggest high ground chriopracric whenever I can!
