Thank you Noel. His smart thinking and understanding my problem with patience and kindance. I was so upset my new frames but the new lens i could see distance. I had came in ordered new frames because I broke my frames. When I came in get get new frames the lady could not get lens into frames so she ordered new frames and lens. I asked her make sure those lens are same prescription, which she said they were. Came in get new frames glasses. Wore them a week but could see distance. Came back in Noel help me. The girls at Americas Best in Pleasant Hill were awesome. I’m not even a member of their services, but I came to see if they could fix my broken glasses. They helped me right away, fixed my glasses perfectly, and didn’t charge me for it. I appreciated their kindness greatly. Thank you!
