I had a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. I was checked in quickly and didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was professional, kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. The facility was also very clean and well-organized.

LAX urgent care has to have some of the best service I’ve ever experienced.The team was really professional and they got me in and out on time. I’m feeling better than ever and I would definitely come back.

In and out of urgent care within 1 hour for swimmers ear, no wait as no other person in line on a saturday at 3 pm, take out of pocket payment, NP Sheila and front desk receptionist were great, Rx was sent to local grocery pharm, another hour. So total 2 hours from start to finish
