I had never been to Livie Nails & Spa before. Yes, the reviews are mixed. But. I was in the area and I wanted to get a pedicure so I decided to call and make an appointment. I was a bit early, but I was greeted with a smile and was seated right away, despite there being quite a few ladies getting their nails done at that time. There were several employees present, and you can tell they care about their customers/regulars and greet them by name. While I picked out my color, I was offered a complimentary drink, they also have cocktails too, and was able to pick from several pedicure service options. I adored my time with tweety! She is an angel and made sure my Brazilian wax was swift, spotless and fun. Plus, I was 38 weeks pregnant. She was very careful and kind! Love ya tweety! 10 out of 10

1st time there. Made same day appointment, no one in particular. Had pedi & fill. Walked in and immediately was greeted, then sat right away at the pedicure chair. They started on pedi ( Be) and other girl (mimi) removing prior nail color. Pedicure I paid for was basic ($35). Fill was great. I showed her a inspo pic, asked if she can do it and she said yes. And she did!! Overall great experience and lovely staff. Oh and they offered me, water, coffe, hot tea, mimosa, or wine!!!Will be back.
