Heidi has no business doing hair. Went to have my hair done and she did an awful job really didn’t know what she was doing. Quoted me 2 hours but I was still there after 3 hours and still she wasn’t done. I’m not there for her to practice on me. Awful awful place. She doesn’t even know how to blow dry hair. I left with my hair in a mess. Wouldn’t trust her to even brush my hair

So the owner of dynamic hair salon called me. She was so apologetic and kind. She listened to what I had to say as I listened to her. She refunded my payment along with the tip. I wasn’t expecting anything. I’m so grateful. I will have to try her...read full review

I went to go get my hair dyed and highlighted. I brought a picture of what I wanted. The lady said she could do it and it turned out. Terrible, she did not do one seen I asked. I was so upset.
Because that's salon to me was a very good salon best. I thought in Placerville, I talked to the owner. The owner said she would call me, so my hair could get fixed correctly. And I never received a call, so so very disappointed in that salon.I will never go back
