Chapel of the Pines is a highly recommended funeral home located in Placerville, California. The staff is warm and kind, treating families fairly and handling their loved ones with respect and dignity. They answer questions patiently and guide families through the process in a helpful and non-pressure manner, making it seamless and easier to deal with. The onsite chapel is very pretty. Customers have commended the funeral home for its efficiency, understanding, and patience in handling their challenging situations. The staff, particularly the director, is described as relatable, attentive, and proactive in addressing concerns and following through on promises. I recently came into Chapel of the Pines and was helped by Brandi Nichols. My situation is a very challenging one and I had many questions and concerns. Brandi was so patient and efficient in how she addressed my concerns and helped direct my plan. She was also relatable and I felt like she really “heard” me! Everything she promised to follow up on, she actually did… and promptly! She made what could have been a very dark and stressful situation, relaxed and do-able! I’m so glad to have met her, and I think she’s a real asset to Chapel of the Pines!
When a family member suddenly passed away in the Placerville area, Chapel of the Pines was recommended. Having to deal with all of the issues from out of the area, we felt like we were dealing with true neighbors. Everything was addressed, information was straight forward, and the process was handled with the utmost care.
This place truly is amazing. Everything from the first meeting to the very end of the cremation these people were not only humble and professional but were also very understanding and patient as i went threw the process for my dad that passed in June. Thank u again for everything you guys did to help me. I highly recommend chapel of the pines.
