She really knows what she's doing, and checks in with you about the amount of pressure she is using. She is also an incredibly kind and caring soul whose presence is so soothing. She really loves helping people relax and feel better, and it shows. She creates a relaxing environment with dim lighting, white noise, and peaceful music softly playing. At $50, the 30 minute massage is an incredible value and allows me to truly relax. She offers longer sessions which are well worth the price as well!! I can't speak highly enough about Vanessa!“

Starting from when you walk in; you are greeted with a smile from either Shayne, Atheena, or Raquel. All three of them make guests feel very welcomed.
My first esthetician was Caitlyn; a skilled worker and a nice person as well. She's no longer there, for she is finishing school. However, I felt it necessary to mention her in my review because I am thankful for her dedication to her work and well-disposed manner. She left my skin feeling bright and refreshed after each appointment.
I now see Paige; an excellent esthetician, devoted to her clients, knowledgeable in skin care, who implements the right products, leaving your epidermis in great condition, and who follows through to achieve long-term results for your skin.

“I’ve been going to Chuze almost every weekday for the last five months, so…. this is what I think..Chuze is great. I go to use the treadmill, which DOES NOT have a time limit! You can go past the hour mark and not have it shut down on you like every other gym (super nice for distant runners!). Unfortunately, the ellipticals do stop on the hour, so I usually wait for it to timeout before restarting, or I just leave (only using till my knee heals).Chuze has great temperature.I’ve tried Planet Fitness and it’s unbearably hot, like suffering every minute from the heat (I think it’s so you’d leave sooner).It’s so much cooler at Chuze, especially in the morning or after 10pm. It can get stuffy with a lot of people, but I run and I still find it better than PF.For weekdays I aim to go 4am-6am, or 10pm-close. Other times can get crowded.Other things I love:-Cleanliness-Friendly Staff-Turf area (I just started using)-Chuze Rewards (So close to first free month!)-Plenty of wipesDislikes:-Fountain water (taste gross! I bring my own)-Can get crowded-People’s kneesOverall, great gym!Not gonna stop going“
